The fulfillment of Pegasus\u2019s high-quality services and client satisfaction is achieved by collaboration of management and staff activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Quality Policy is achieved through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management and staff involvement and commitment to providing high quality work and excellent professional service to our clients, while controlling costs and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocation of sufficient resources in a timely manner to Pegasus staff to meet the quality objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of staff competency, creativity, empowerment and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of quality practices through independent third-party quality oversight for all work and improvement of product quality by reviewing, monitoring, and communicating quality objective measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of quality-oriented training annually and\/or as required for implementation of quality-related policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of measurable quality objectives for each research project to ensure high-quality deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouragement of structured feedback from staff and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revision of the quality management system and periodic assessment of quality system key components for continual improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Asit B.
